Which version of JRMS should I get?
If you live and operate in California, we suggest that you get JRMS Business with the California PRO Pack add-on or JRMS PRO Edition.
If you operate anywhere in the United states, we suggest JRMS LITE or BUSINESS. More details on the versions can be found at http://wizlegal.com/features_ver.html
How can I submit my payment?
You can place your order directly on our website. We accept VISA/MC/AMEX/DISCOVER.

What system requirements are needed?
. Microsoft Windows 98/ME/2000/XP
. Pentium II 400 MHz personal computer or higher
. 64 MB of memory or more
. 180 MB hard disk space available
. Screen Resolution 1024x768 or above
. Microsoft Word 97 to 2003 Recommended (Mailmerge with JRMS can be executed through DDE or ODBC technology)
JRMS is not MAC compatible.
What about updates?
JRMS LITE/BUSINESS/PRO comes with an Unlimited free update for version v1.x including updated judicial forms, v1.x engine updates.
How does the license work?
Once you purchase JRMS you benefit from an unlimited 1 user license. Which means you do not need to pay for any additional license fees to renew your use of the software. And you also benefit from free updates for the corresponding version (V.1) of your software. V.2 (available in early 2005) will not qualify as an update but an entirely new version. You will however benefit from a discount if you wish to upgrade.
Is technical support free?
Yes, each licensed user is entitled to one year of free technical support via phone and e-mail. We develop intuitive applications with a minimum learning curve. We also provide online Tutorial on the software to cover most of your questions. Please review our help section here if you need some assistance on a particular feature.
